1 can Pillsbury
Grands! Biscuits
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup sliced
pepperoni
1 Tsp dried oregano
(or 1 Tbsp fresh minced oregano)
1/2 tsp minced
roasted garlic
1 cup shredded
mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
Preheat the oven to
350^F. Spray a 9-inch loaf pan well with cooking spray.
Quarter the biscuits
and put them in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredient, reserving 1/4
cup cheese for later, and toss to coat each biscuit piece with the oil and
seasonings. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and sprinkle the top with
the remaining cheese.
Bake for about 25
minutes, or until golden and bubbling on top. Remove from the oven and
use a knife to loosed the edges from the pan, then invert onto a serving
platter.
Serve warm.
