3 tbsp butter
4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. Add the apples, salt, lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar and cook until apples are tender and starting to brown a bit, stirring often. This is a delicious side dish with anything pork!
