Banana Bread
1/2 cup butter,
softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3-4 ripe bananas,
mashed
1 tbsp Praline
Liqueur
2 cups all purpose
flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Cream the butter and
brown sugar. Stir in eggs, bananas and Praline Liqueur until well blended. Add
the remaining ingredients and stir just to moisten. Pour batter into a greased
9x5" loaf pan and bake in a preheated 350^F oven for 60 to 65 minutes or
until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10
minutes then turn out onto a wire rack.
Good, but not as
moist as my favorite banana bread recipes.
