Daddy's Rib-Eyes

1 Rib-Eye steak for each person, at least 1' thick
Liquid Smoke
Salt & Pepper

Remove steaks from fridge about a half hour before cooking.  Season with Liquid Smoke, Salt & Pepper. Grill over hot coals until done to your taste.  


Simple, easy and I've never had a better steak anywhere!
