Adell's Corn Bread

2 cups corn meal

1 cup flour

1 cup complete pancake mix

2 tsp butter

1 egg

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

2 tbsp brown sugar.

Mix all ingredients and bake about 20 minutes at 350^ in well-greased pan.
