BLT Dip
1 lb bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 medium tomato - peeled, seeded and chopped
Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain well on paper
towels and cool. Combine mayo and sour cream. Crumble bacon into
the mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving,
stir the chopped tomatoes in and serve with crackers or chips. Addicting!
